Mt Rushmore and Custer State Park

Another picture. In the area we were in there were several hundred buffalo on both sides of the dirt road we were on. One big bull was chasing a heffer, he was bellowing and chasing all the other bulls away causing the other animals to run all over the place. Our car was in the middle of all the action.

These are pictures of Nebraska's answer to England's "Stonehenge". I'm pretty sure Nebraska's answer does not have the mythical quality or ancient Celtic symbolism that it's English cousin does. Much less naked men and women dancing around it during the summer solstice.
